Education Program

Génération ELLES is an education program that aims to acquire life skills and strengthen the personal and social skills of girls aged 6 to 16.

This program is specifically designed to meet girls' needs for belonging, freedom and security, in order to help them, on the one hand, to develop their decision-making power and autonomy and, on the other, to build a solid identity.

The program puts emphasis on the strengths and potential of each participant in order to create lasting, long-term changes within themselves. Moreover, this program provides the opportunity for girls to believe in their ability to achieve the expected results; which in our opinion embodies the essential step in the development of skills linked to self-control and personal renewal.

BIO

Manon Lacroix is at the helm of Le Centre Option-Prévention T.V.D.S.  As director since its founding in 1996. She has degrees in sociology, education and addiction intervention (D.E.S.S., 2nd cycle). She holds a teaching permit issued by the Ministry of Education and a psychotherapist permit issued by the Order of Psychologists of Quebec.

During her 28 years of service within the organization, Miss. Lacroix created, provided, animated and masterfully led a multitude of projects aimed at improving the quality of life of people, young people and adults, who are grappling with situations that disrupt their living conditions and their psychological and emotional health.

Recognized for her boundless energy and leadership, Mrs Lacroix never loses sight of her objective of constantly improving the services she offers to Quebecers, women and men, with a view to SUPPORTING THEM TOWARDS WELL-BEING.
