The Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation, founded in 1964, is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing patient care by funding advanced medical equipment and essential hospital upgrades at Lakeshore Hospital. As our community’s population and healthcare needs continue to grow and evolve, we are committed to mobilizing individuals, community groups, and corporate partners to join us in nurturing the health and well-being of their loved ones—today and for generations to come.

Carole Ravenda, Strategic Partnerships Manager

A long-time West Island resident, Carole’s passion for non-profits began with her first job as a camp counselor for disadvantaged youth. That early experience ignited a lifelong commitment to community development, shaping a career dedicated to cause-related marketing, strategic partnerships, and high-impact campaigns across both corporate and non-profit sectors.

Before joining the Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation 11 years ago, Carole played a pivotal role in various organizations, leading brand positioning strategies, innovative marketing initiatives, large-scale fundraising campaigns and events, retail business projects, as well as managing employees and volunteers. Recognized for her ability to inspire change, she helps organizations broaden their reach and strengthen their community presence through her collaborative leadership style and infectious enthusiasm.

Fluently bilingual, Carole holds a degree in Recreation Management & Marketing from Concordia University. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new forest trails, sharing quiet meals with family and friends, and embracing life with the same passion and energy she brings to her work.
