Imagine Therapy Dogs

Harriet Schleifer is owned by two Shetland Sheepdogs, Brandy (Banquise’s Brandy’s Touch) and her puppy, Astra (Herdabout Supernova Dream). Together, they are involved in many canine Sports. Brandy has won numerous titles (CGN, PCD, CD, AGN, AGJ, RAE, AKC Therapy Dog Excellent). Harriet recently became a CKC Rally judge. She teaches Rally, Agility, Freestyle and Scent Detection. She has been training her own dogs for 15 years.

She is the founder of Imagine Therapy dogs and teaches the Therapy Dog Preparation classes. Imagine Therapy Dogs is a volunteer-based, non-profit organization that provides animal-assisted activities. Therapy dogs work with their owners to provide services that improve people’s physical, emotional and communication abilities.

Harriet believes that dog sports deepen and enhance our relationships with our dogs and should bring joy to both participants. Harriet recently became a CKC Rally judge.

She teaches Rally, Agility, Freestyle and Scent Detection, and has been training her own dogs for 15 years. Her dogs particularly love their work as certified therapy dogs.
